Schuyler County IDA Opens RFP for Seneca Harbor Restaurant


Schuyler County Industrial Development Agency (SCIDA) in partnership with Schuyler County, is seeking requests for proposal (RFP) from qualified businesses to lease a waterfront full-service restaurant located at 2 Seneca Harbor Drive on the Southern shore of Seneca Lake in Watkins Glen, New York.


The restaurant/bar is a well-known destination on Seneca Lake and has operated as a restaurant/bar for over twelve years. The building is approximately 2500 sq. ft. including a covered porch.

Village Overview:


The Village of Watkins Glen is located at the headwaters of Seneca Lake and is considered the gateway to New York State’s Finger Lakes Region.
