The Schuyler County Partnership for Economic Development (SCOPED), operating as FLX Gateway, is pleased to announce the appointment of Wendy Shutter as its new Economic Development and Community Development Specialist.
Wendy brings a deep blend of technical acumen and business leadership to FLX Gateway’s high energy team. With decades of experience in private and nonprofit sectors, she most recently served as Director of Business Services for The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler.
